Christine P. Duffy, B.Mgt.
Director of Business Process Optimization

Christine Duffy is the Director of Business Process Optimization at Tecskor Corporation, where she shares her intuitive understanding of Performance Enhancement through Action and Knowledge to help users achieve breakthrough results. Christine has been opening minds to the best-in-class potential of the PEAK Work System for over 20 years.

Christine began her professional career with Tecskor in the year 2000 with the launch of our SMART2000 project which focused on the importance of ICT development strategies and implementation research that successfully opened the door for new business opportunities and efficiencies. Christine was eager to learn and excelled in data analysis, business design and process implementation. This led to the successful implementation of Tecskor’s Alignment Process, TOP-TEN Process, and the Train the Trainer Program for the Government of Manitoba, a legacy client that remains to this day. She then took on the lead role as Implementation Consultant to Nexen’s Heavy Oil division, a job that aligned 11 asset teams operating between Calgary and Lloydminster. This was accomplished through establishing the Alignment Process, the Well Review Process, and the Integrated Field Review Process (IFR) as key elements of Nexen’s PEAK tool kit.

After 9 years with Tecskor’s team, Christine took an educational sabbatical, graduating with a Bachelor of Management (B.Mgt.) degree from the University of Lethbridge, majoring in Marketing. During this time, she also started a family.

Returning to Tecskor in 2018 as Director of Business Process Optimization, Christine has a keen eye for identifying and designing business processes to increase organizational efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and align all levels of the organization to work more effectively as a fully synchronized Team!
