Roger Gladstone, BSc.
Chief Technology Officer, Tecskor & AESL Advisor


 

Roger Gladstone is the Chief Technology Officer at Tecskor Corporation. His role is to help continuously improve the integration of the Tecskor systems with Advantage Energy Services Ltd. (AESL’s) Business Optimization System as the industry evolves with IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud capabilities. 


Roger spent the first 8 years of his career working on drilling and service rigs with 3 years as Rig Manager. He then went on to obtain a BSc. in Computer Science at the University of Calgary before joining Imperial Oil where he spent 6 years in IT team leadership/systems management/project management roles. It was in Norman Wells, NWT that he first worked with Brian Smart & Earl Hickok on the debottlenecking, optimization & automation of field production.


From there, Roger moved to IOL’s Judy Creek field area near Whitecourt and then to Calgary to join the Enterprise-wide SAP implementation. His SAP expertise and business experience led to his joining Deloitte & Touché then SAP Canada where he completed many large SAP/ERP implementations before he became an independent consultant in 1998.


Since then, he has had the opportunity to broaden his exposure with many companies in several industries as a Sr. Project Manager, SAP SCM & Maintenance functional expert, and E-Commerce consultant in a management consultant capacity.
